1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping usually take 3-6 workdays.

3. I own a company, can I buy without VAT? How do I proceed?

You have to fill up order form and provide us with VATnumber. It will be checked by VIES system at checkout and if the number is valid, 21% will be deducted.

5. What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or, at the latest, the following work day.

10. Why has my credit card been declined?

11. My order was confirmed but I have been contacted that an item is out of stock. Why is this?
