   I bought both the base and top coat reading the reviews on the internet . I can’t actually say anything in first hand having not bought the base primer . So I don’t know if I don’t prep the nail properly without the primer or if it’s not suitable for other companies’s polishes . Although the top coat makes my other polishes look more yellow after applying it .
